The users of the framework agreement are the Norwegian Defence, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and the Police and its underlying districts, special bodies and underlying entities, which at the time of publication are; Finnmark Police District, Troms Police District, Nordland Police District, Mør og Romsdal Police District, West Police District, Sær-West Police District, Inland Police District, East Police District, Oslo Police Shared Services, Police ICT Services, National ID Centre, Border Commisariat, Kripos, Økokrim, The Police Immigration Unit, the Emergency Police and the Police University College.Forsvarsmateriell has an option to join the framework agreement as a user. Structural and/or organisational changes connected to each user can occur and may result in new or merged entities. As long as the new or merged unit originates from the listed user in this point, these shall be seen as a user of the Framework Agreement.
