Construction of a Greenway Hub and Car Park at Station Road in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. The works will include: -Site Clearance -Earthworks, planting and landscaping. -Construction of the car park and access roads, including pavement, surfacing, road markings and all associated works -Construction of a public road crossing, including traffic beacons, tactile paving, speed ramp, road markings and all associated works -Realignment and resurfacing of the existing greenway -Drainage and sewer improvement works -Installation of ducting for proposed services inclduing communications, electricity and potable water -Installation of infrastrcuture for EV charging points, compactor bins, smart benches and automatic bollards -Location, diversion and protection of existing services -Installation of gates and fencing -Installation of footpaths and kerbs -Erection of traffic signals, bollards and lighting posts -Various related ancillary works
