Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Cloud infrastructure and platform services (CIPS)

The competition is for the establishment of 2-4 parallel framework agreements for cloud based platform and infrastructure services. The aim is to ensure cost efficient, flexible and modern cloud services. The Norwegian public sector cloud marketplace will, in the dialogue, focus on balanced contract terms and reduced risk, in addition to increased information security and personal protection, good commercial terms, and low transaction costs. The Norwegian public sector cloud marketplace is holding a competition on behalf of the government administration organs, municipalities, and counties. In total this includes 192 government entities and 125 municipalities, counties, and municipal collaborations. These are listed in Appendix 6 of the tender documentation (ITT).
