The competition is for the delivery of an electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for Voss herad, the Emergency Doctor Surgery and municipal doctor's office. This involves a complete system for the emergency doctor surgery and municipal doctor ́s office in the municipality and shall contribute to the daily operation functioning as optimally as possible. The system is to be delivered as a cloud system, with no requirements for locally installed components. There is a strong focus on efficient work processes and quality in the deliveries in the municipality and the EPJ system shall support this. The system shall therefore have close integration between the administrative systems, not to mention the trade systems in the municipality, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes disappear. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
