Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development (UKE) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue. Oslo municipality currently has a joint procurement agreement for temporary staff services in the area of cleaning, which expires 31.01.2026. WEEK is now working on a new contract that shall replace this. The tender documentation for the new joint procurement contract is planned to be published in November 2025. The objective of the joint procurement agreement is to ensure access to cleaning personnel in the event of absence, when holidays are wound up and in extraordinary situations, where more resources are required to be entered into than the municipality can at its disposal at the relevant time.
