Ireland – Spectrometers – LA3400C - RFT for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of a Circular Dichroism Spectrometer in the School of Chemistry or Trinity College Dublin (TCD)

Trinity College Dublin, request the supply of a new Circular Dichroism Spectrometer for measuring liquid and solid samples. The spectrometer must be capable of measuring a wide variety of samples for protein folding studies, protein conformational studies, DNA/RNA interactions, and studies of nanodots. The spectrometer must be capable of measuring circular dichroism (CD), linear dichroism (LD), and absorbance in the ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (UV-Vis-NIR). The spectrometer must come with a computer and the required software to operate the system. The spectrometer must be delivered, installed, validated and training must be provided.
