Norway – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Market survey (RFI) for the purchase of temporary staff services - mercantile personnel

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development (UKE) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue. Oslo kommune currently has a joint procurement contract for temporary staff services in the area of mercantile personnel, which expires 31.01.2026. WEEK is now working on a new contract that shall replace this. The tender documentation for the new joint procurement contract is planned to be published in November 2025. The objective of the joint procurement agreement is to ensure access to qualified personnel in the event of absence, when holidays are completed and in extraordinary situations, where more resources are required than the municipality can use at the relevant time.
