Delivery, including training, documentation and an ILS package, of electro‑optical targeting systems for counter‑UAS (C‑UAS), approximately 1,100 units, by means of a negotiated procedure without prior notice due to the urgency of a crisis situation (ADV art. 2.23 paragraph 1d), and with the application of the NATO Force Model framework.
