**NOTE - this is not an above threshold exercise but is a notice to highlight this tender is live on eSourcing NI The Consultant shall provide the following Services a Project Manager/Civil Engineer Led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities:- • Project Manager NEC4 Project Manager • Design team (Landscape Architect, Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer and Electrical Engineering, Principal Designer, Cost Manager); • Perform Principal Designer duties in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (NI) 2016; • Undertake procurement exercises to collate and provide quotations for further consultant services / surveys required throughout the duration of the project for Contracting Authority approval.
