Norway – System maintenance services – Intention notice - Development and maintenance services of the existing logistics system.

The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation would like, via this intention notice, to inform the market that it intends to enter into a contract with Azolver AS on development and maintenance services, as well as support of the existing logistics system. The contract will be signed by a procurement without a competition. The intention notice is that the Contracting Authority wants to be transparent and give the market the possibility to object to the above mentioned contract signing. If the Contracting Authority does not receive objections by 27.10.2025 at 12:00, a contract will be signed with Azolver. The Government Security and Service Organisation of The Ministries has assessed that there is only one party in the market who can offer this type of service, as regards the extent and need applicable to the Ministries' security and service organisation. The terms for the procurement without a competition are therefore met, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2.
