Norway – Repair and maintenance services – Framework agreement for plumbing services

The contracting authority would like to procure a framework agreement with tenderers who shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for ban on water meters at the municipality's inhabitants, as well as ongoing maintenance and operation of the municipality ́s properties within plumbing services. The delivery place is for all of Løten municipality and Løten church. Other services that naturally come under the discipline included in the framework agreement can be provided if there is a need in the contract period. Materials needed for the various operations will be included for the work on the contracting authority ́s properties. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusiveness on the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is otherwise not obliged to procure materials from the service provider.
