Belgium – Construction work – DBFM Contract Nord-South Limburg

In view of the realization of the ‘Noord-Zuid Limburg’ project, De Werkvennootschap will enter into a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM). This Selection Guide is part of the appointment of a private partner for this purpose. The current setup is that the SPV-DBFM will be responsible for the design, construction, and financing of the Project and its maintenance in principle for a maximum period of 30 years from the completion of the construction phase.
