Türkiye – Development consultancy services – Technical Assistance to Monitor the Performance of EU Support to Refugees in Türkiye

The overall objective of this contract is to enhance efficiency, coordination and complementarity of the EU support provided to the refugees and host communities in Türkiye and to ensure accountability and transparency on the use of resources. For this purpose, the TA team is expected to monitor the results of interventions funded under the EU support to refugees in Türkiye and to report on the progress of interventions in the achievements of their objectives as set in the results framework. TA team will also strengthen the capacities of implementing partners, Government of Türkiye and European Commission’s staff on the results-based monitoring system. The objective of this contract is to effectively monitor and report on the performance of interventions funded under the Facility and additional EU support to refugees in Türkiye through strengthening the capacities of implementing partners, Government of Türkiye and European Commission’s staff on the results-based monitoring system.
