Boligbygg Oslo KF shall procure consultancy services for the preparation of quarterly rent price reports. The reports shall include information on what is the at any given time applicable gang rent, as well as market rent in Oslo. Our rents are set on the basis of the so-called "gang rent". Gang rent means the rent paid for similar homes on similar rent terms in the same area, i.e. a kind of average rent or an average of the rent price in all current rentals of equivalent residential units. It is these quarterly reports that are used when rent prices are determined or the existing rent contracts are price regulated (in addition to changes in the KPI).
