Norway – Financial and insurance services – Framework agreement for credit rating in connection with: Green Industrial Financing (GIF)

Consultancy services in connection with: credit rating of company customers, primarily for the financing scheme Green Industry Financing (GIF). The chosen service provider must be able to deliver: A report that shows the rating basis and methodology The report can be forwarded to a third party Rating based on historical figures, as well as budget and forecasts Information on the Market Situation Rating scale which is in accordance with international standard (e.g. Standard &poore, Moody's) Base rating on both the use of publicly available figures and any submitted budget/forecasts. Credit rating of companies in the medium segment The tenderer must be a certified credit information company in accordance with Norwegian law and international standards.
