Belgium, Germany – Software programming and consultancy services – Framework agreements for the development, the implementation and maintenance of Applications, and related IT Services

Coreso SA and TSCNET GmbH have decided to provide a large part of their services via a joint operating model on a common IT platform. The CorNet Programme aims at delivering common regional solutions in order to support the Transmission System Operators and to ensure security of electricity supply on a European regional basis. By means of the CorNet Programme, Coreso and TSCNET intend to continue to develop five basic services: Common Grid Model, Coordinated Security Analysis, Coordinated Capacity Calculation, Short Term Adequacy Assessment Process, Outage Planning Coordination and to develop potential new services. As a target, all customers (Transmission System Operators) of Coreso and TSCNET, shall be offered the services that will run on the common IT platform. The solution should be modular in such a way that the individual modules are reusable.
