Tender Description
DFØ shall enter into an agreement with a tenderer for an author tool for the development of eLearning content. The tool shall support the production of educational adapted training for different target groups and disciplines, and enable exports to SCORM and HTML for use in DFØ's existing platforms. The system shall not include learning platforms (LMS).
