Timor-Leste – Development consultancy services – Strengthening Public Finance Management in Timor Leste

The purpose of the present project is to support the government in strengthening its Public Finance Management system to ensure efficient, effective and accountable use of public resources as a basis for improved public service delivery. The project seeks to support the implementation of the Public Finance Reform Action Plan, particularly during the critical initial phases of the reform.
