Norway – Graphic design services – Framework agreement for graphic design, idea and concept development.

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of graphical design, idea and concept development. The contract is for the delivery of strategic communication advice and practical production, and the tenderer shall have great implementation ability for many simultaneous projects. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of the entire delivery. The framework agreement period is up to four years from signing of the contract.
