Norway – Medical consumables – Prior information notice: Surgical products for the health authorities in Helse Sør-Øst, Helse Vest og Helse Nord and FMA

This is a notification of a coming tender competition for surgical products for the specialist health service in Helse Sør-Øst, Helse Vest og Helse Nord, as well as Forsvarsmateriell (FMA). The notice is also meant as a market dialogue, as we request feedback from potential suppliers on the content of the attached documents. This particularly applies to obligatory requirements set in the requirement specifications and articles stated in the reference assortment in the "Articles on the Price Form", so that we can possibly avoid having anti-competitive requirements in the coming competition. The documents are uploaded under "Documents". Any feedback shall be sent via the communication module for this notice by Tuesday 21.10.2025.
