The agreement covers the delivery of a SaaS solution over the internet, which is a platform for patch management (software security updates), an application catalog for end users that is platform-independent, and a framework to be used for software installation on clients managed both in the cloud and on-premises. The solution must provide a catalog of applications that can easily make a selection available to end users. The solution should integrate with existing infrastructure (Microsoft 365/Azure, Citrix, SCCM) for application flow. The solution must also be able to make applications available from other portals (Citrix AppStore, Microsoft Store, Appstore (Apple). The solution must be user-friendly for end users and time-efficient for system administrators managing application operations. Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) will be preferred.
