A Population, Human Health, and Economy Assessment Services specialist (The Consultant) will be required to carry out specialist studies relating to Population, Human Health and Economical Assessments on the N16 Sligo to Drumkilsellagh Project. These studies will form part of the Phase 2: Option Selection, Phase 3: Design and Environmental Evaluation, and Phase 4: Statutory Processes deliverables of the Project
