Repair and Maintenance works to include the following works: • Repair and replacement of defective window lintels, existing sash and stained glass windows, rooflights in Convent Building, Chapel, Dormitory Wing and Dispensary Building. • Façade repair, mortar repointing and façade cleaning in Convent Building, Chapel, Dormitory Wing and Dispensary Building. • Repair and replacement of defective rainwater goods in Convent Building, Chapel, Dormitory Wing and Dispensary Building. • Roof remedial works including dormer, parapet, gable capstones and chimney repairs as required in Convent Building, Chapel, Dormitory Wing and Dispensary Building. • Remedial works to cast-iron railings to Chapel and to Convent along Sean McDermott Street and upgrade of associated surface water drainage. • Repair and consolidation of Chapel granite Belfry. • Dispensary Building - Stabilisation and propping of structure, internal clearance of defective and rotten building fabric, internal hygienic clean and asbestos removal. • Removal of oil tank and concrete enclosure.
