Netherlands – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – The purchase of an NGS Robot including quantification equipment and maintenance

Within the RIVM, there is a need for the purchase of an NGS Robot including quantification equipment and maintenance. This NGS robot will perform the preparations for a NGS run, using DNA, RNA and single cells as starting material to generate high-quality libraries, which are quantified. This is done partially or completely automatically by the NGS robot. The NGS robot will be used by all departments of the RIVM that create libraries to sequence pathogens, environmental, biological and human samples. The NGS Robot will have to be able to simultaneously generate the libraries per protocol from 8 to 96 samples with all the different protocols that will be used now and in the future. The purchase of the NGS Robot including quantification equipment and maintenance takes place within the ASSET program. The purpose of this European tendering is to conclude an Agreement between RIVM and one Contractor for the purchase of a NGS Robot system including quantification equipment and preventive and corrective maintenance.
