Norway – Technical building-inspection services – 2026 - Condition analyses Trondheim kommune

Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to submit tenders for 2 sub-contracts for condition analyses of Trondheim municipality ́s buildings. The main assignment consists of carrying out condition analyses on the following sub-contracts: * Sub-contract 1 - Other purpose-built buildings - approx. 75,000 (approx. 40 buildings),* Sub-contract 2 - Schools, approx. 90,000 square meters (approx. 13 buildings) In addition, a need may arise for other units in Trondheim municipality to order condition analyses and depth mapping. The sub-contracts will be valid from 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year. The contract will be signed with Trondheim eiendom, but it will apply for all units in Trondheim municipality. Emphasis is put on the fact that all tenderers must submit a tender for both lots in order to join the competition. Tenderers who submit only one lot will be rejected. All information regarding the sub-contracts is under the main contract. The tenders shall be submitted under separate sub-contracts in the competition in Mercell.
