Bærum municipality hereby invites tenderers to a dialogue in connection with an imminent procurement that shall cover the need for a new electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for the health and welfare services. The dialogue will be held in two phases. Tenderers are asked first to respond to a Request for Information (RFI). Bærum municipality will then invite relevant tenderers to one-to-one meetings, based on received responses. The objective of the dialogue is to give the municipality a clear picture of which EPJ systems are available in the market, what functionality and value-added value these systems offer, as well as the tenderers ́ actual capacity and maturity for implementation at the current time.
