RTÉ seeks to establish frameworks of consultancy firms to assist with general consultancy and a range of strategic projects that will address the challenges and the opportunities arising. These projects will include but are not limited to Corporate Strategy, Finance, Tax (Excluding annual Tax and Audit services which is a separate engagement) Change Management, Business Transformation, and Enterprise Risk Management. Lot 1 - Framework 1 – Corporate Business Management Consultancy Lot 2 - Framework 2 – Media Industry Expertise and Media Regulatory Management Consultancy The estimated cost is for the potential duration of the contract.
