Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Precisely Automate (Winshuttle) -license maintenance, support and expert services as well as possible subscription of new Precisely Automate -licenses

Contracting authority the Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR (Palkeet) is procuring Precisely Automate (Winshuttle) -license maintenance, support and expert services as well as possible subscription of new Precisely Automate -licenses. The scope of procurement includes the following deliverables: - Maintenance and support services for current perpetual Precisely Automate (Winshuttle) -licenses, - Precisely Automate expert services, - Possible subscription of new Precisely Automate licenses. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in the Call for Tenders Appendix 1 (Description of Procurement) and other Appendixes. The contract period for the agreement shall be fixed for two (2) years. After the fixed contract period, the agreement shall be valid until further notice. The Procurement Agreement (appendix A of the Call for Tenders) comes into force on the 1st of January of the year following the date of the signature of this Agreement. The Contract is in force until all obligations under it have been fulfilled. Hansel Ltd acts a consultative role in the procurement process.
