Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – RFI - Low-code platform licenses

The Norwegian Directorate of Health plans to acquire licenses for a web-based low-code application development platform (standardised cloud services) in order for the Directorate to continue building and maintain their applications. The Directorate plans to enter into an agreement directly with a producer of lowcode tool. The goal is to collect feedback from the market to ensure the upcoming procurement meets actual needs and is well-designed. Responses should be submitted via the Mercell communication module by October 17.
