Kilkenny County Council has identified the need to engage the services of a multi-disciplinary team to advance the preliminary design, detailed design, statutory planning requirements and enabling and procurement, IDA Relief Road, Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny scheme, including PSDP Consultancy Services along with the procurement of specialist services and all other services as prescribed as prescribed in the tender brief and Schedule B to advance the Scheme.
