Norway – Judicial services – Framework agreement for the procurement of legal services

The objective of the procurement is to procure legal services. Veas does not have its own lawyers and therefore needs external assistance for ongoing operations and in projects. Veas would like to enter into a framework agreement that covers the following disciplines: - Discipline 1: Public procurements/contracts: - Discipline 2: Fixed property legal conditions - Discipline 3: Company law, commercialisation and company management. - Discipline 4: Labour law A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer per discipline.
