Ireland – Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses – Proposed renovation and extension of the existing Marist College (Garrow House and Our Lady’s Hermitage (Protected Structure)

Proposed renovation and extension of the existing Marist College (Garrow House and Our Lady’s Hermitage (Protected Structure) to provide 28 no. apartments and the construction of a new three storey apartment block incorporating 27 no. apartments and a community rooms. The works will also include demolitions of existing buildings, soft and hard landscaping and site works at lands at the existing Marist College Retreat Road, Cannonsfield Athlone, Co. Westmeath under the Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS).
