Norway – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – 77243 RH KSM Institute for Internal Medical Research Spectral Flow Cytometer - Intention Notice

Notice of Intent Oslo University Hospital HF intends to procure a spectral flow cytometer for the Institute of Internal Medicine Research. The sample material is particularly sensitive to repeated agitation, and there is a need for automatic loading of samples both from tubes in racks and from wells in plates. See attached description/justification. In our assessment, Sony Europe B.V. is the only supplier that can offer a solution meeting our requirements, with their product – the Sony ID7000 Spectral Analyzer. The conditions for a direct procurement in accordance with FOA § 13-4 (2) are considered fulfilled. If there are other instruments that can meet the described requirements, this must be reported to the project manager within 10 days of the publication of this notice.
