United Kingdom – Construction management services – PEACEPLUS Integrated Consultant Team for Access to the Hills

**NOTE this is not an above threshold exercise but is a notice to highlight this tender is live on eSourcing NI** The Consultant shall provide the following Services Services Required The Consultant shall provide the services of a Project Manager Led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities: ·NEC4 Project Manager ·Landscape Architect ·Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer ·Transport Engineer and Rivers Engineer ·Quantity Surveyor ·Principal Designer Duties ·NEC4 Supervisor Undertake procurement exercises to collate and provide quotations for further consultant services / surveys required throughout the duration of the project for Contracting Authority approval. This is a one stage contract, ie traditional design by the Integrated Consultant Team from RIBA Plan of Works Stage 2-7 (for which this contract relates). The ICT will also undertake and manage the contractor procurement process including the production of contractor PQQ & ITT documentation and the evaluation process (select list at PQQ stage and awarded contractor at ITT stage). This service will also include the progressive development of the scheme proposals and the submission of a formal, full planning application. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and individual ICT members may perform more than one role.
