Norway – Energy and related services – Energy follow-up system

A web based energy follow-up system (EOS) shall be delivered for monitoring, registering, reporting, presenting and analysing energy consumption and the effect history in the Oslobygg KF (OBF) property portfolio. The EOS system shall contribute to increased awareness and control of own energy consumption, and shall, through detailed monitoring of consumption, be able to uncover and highlight possibilities for energy conservation. In addition the system shall be able to document which energy saving measures give good and long-lasting savings. This will contribute to improved quality and performance in the operation of buildings in Oslo municipality. See the tender documentation for further details.
