Norway – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Detailed development of Glimmerveien 44

The aim of the procurement is to engage a planning consultant who shall prepare plan materials and manage the planning process for regulating Glimmerveien 44 up until political decision. The zoning plan shall facilitate the erection of a 4-6 storey flat building with an underground car park in Glimmerveien 44. The existing buildings shall be demolished.
