Norway – Primary education services – Market dialogue - digital teaching aids

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, is preparing new competitions for the delivery of printed and digital teaching aids. The contracting authority would like input before the preparation of the tender documentation, so that the municipality is updated on the developments in the market and makes sensible, appropriate and future orientated requirements and criteria for the competition. The contracting authority invites suppliers of digital teaching aids to a market dialogue 24 October 2025 between 08:00 and 16:00. We set up digital one-to-one meetings, which will take place on Google Meet, with a maximum length of two hours per meeting. The deadline for registering for one-to-one meetings is Friday 17 October 2025, 12:00. Answers are to be sent in the communication module in Mercell by Tuesday 28 October 2025, 12.00. Feedback received after this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the work on the new competition.
