Luxembourg – Technical assistance services – EduRenov - Financial Advisory to Local Public Authorities

The objectives of the Assignment are to: (i) Complement the technical assistance scheme available under the EduRénov programme (under which CDC and its affiliates provide themselves technical assistance to local public authorities for energy audits and project design), by mobilising financial engineering resources to enable the actual implementation of energy renovation projects. (ii) Prepare, ahead of the second call for proposals from January 2026, and in cooperation with CDC, Final Beneficiaries carrying out projects (possibly outside the EduRénov programme), in order to maximise their chances of obtaining PSLF grants.
