Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – New market survey: Pipetting robot for Helse Stavanger HF

Tenderers are hereby invited to a new market survey for the planned procurement 2025/44242 for the procurement of a pipetting robot to the Department for Medical Microbiology at Helse Stavanger HF. The contracting authority has already carried out a market survey for this procurement. The result of this first market survey is that potential tenderers, in order to meet all the desired methods, have submitted information on high capacity pipetting robots. This is despite the fact that a need for preparation of 1–16 samples had been stated. These pipetting robots are too large to be placed at the intended location, and, in principle, it is not desirable to make structural modifications to the building. Based on this, a new market survey will now be carried out in order to map the market and get input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. The number of methods that shall be available on the instrument is reduced, and the description of the procurement is updated. Pipetting robot suppliers are encouraged to provide input to the procurement and information on what can be offered based on an updated description. See the attached invitation to the market survey and the response form. The contracting authority requests input in the attached response form (cf. Annex 1). The deadline for responding to the market survey is 07.11.2025. Complete Annex 1 - Response Form is to be submitted via the Mercell communication module. Include the supplier name in the file name upon submission. The annexes shall be clearly marked.
