Norway – Parts of locomotives or rolling stock – Markedsdialog - FLIRT levetidsoppgraderinger

Norske tog AS is currently in the project planning phase for several upcoming procurements related to upgrades of the FLIRT trains. The FLIRT fleet consists of 150 train sets and is central to both regional and local train traffic. Norske tog intends to introduce a model where lifecycle management is carried out as incremental upgrades/packages spread throughout the train�s lifespan instead of a more traditional mid-life upgrade at the midpoint of the train�s life. As part of this work, we wish to initiate a dialogue with the supplier market to gather relevant information that can help shape the further process.
