Luxembourg – Graphic design services – RFP 250006 - TENDER FOR A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN AND AUDIO RECORDING SERVICES

The purpose of this Call for Tender is the creation and graphic execution of test materials for lot n°1 and lot n°2 and recording services for the audio tests for lot n°3. This Tender does not include the distribution and printing of documents. This Call for Tender is aimed at concluding a Framework Agreement, fixed at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain one Contracting Party for each lot, without reopening of competition.
