Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Mapping universal design

Vestland County needs to procure mapping services for buildings against universal design requirements. Eigedomsavdelinga i Vestland fylkeskommune needs a status of universal design for all skular (46) and all dental clinics (66) and shall map the status in accordance with. requirements in TEK 17. This building is approx. 800,000 m2. The result of this mapping shall be registered in Revizto, which is one of the contracting authority ́s software platforms for, among other things, the BIM cooperation. In the same way, the Department of Culture and Public Health has a need to map 5-10 municipal sports halls with the accompanying clubhouse on behalf of one part of the municipality. The result of this mapping shall be in the form of a report that Vestland county shall implement in accordance with the relevant municipalities and benefit from internal competence raising. An agreement shall be signed with one tenderer for the former Hordaland region and a tenderer for former Sogn og Fjordane. Quarter area is awarded a sub-contract. Tenderers can choose to submit tenders for one or both lots.
