Norway – Motor vehicles – Dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of vehicles under 3.5 tons - Vennesla municipality

Vennesla municipality shall establish a dynamic procurement scheme for vehicles under 3.5 tons. This includes both passenger cars and goods vans. All new vehicles shall as a main rule be zero emission vehicles, but due to stand-by considerations, fossil cars can in some cases be needed. In this stage of the process, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system. New potential suppliers can continually apply for qualification for admission in the scheme. Procurements under the scheme will be made with the publication of mini competitions, where all at any given time qualified suppliers will have the opportunity to submit tender offers. Procurements in the dynamic purchasing system will apply to new vehicles.
