Norway – Software supply services – Procurement - Competition implementation tool (KGV) and contract administration system (KAV).

The aim is to procure a KGV/KAV system that helps meet the need to make procurements in accordance with regulatory requirements, at the same time as ensuring the requirement for verifiability. The aim is to use a system that, to the greatest possible degree, contributes to fully electronic case handling. We would like a system that can facilitate for making the procurement work more efficient and it shall contribute to digitalising the procurement function in a better way than today. The delivery model shall be a cloud service.
