The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services and accompanying materials. The framework agreement shall cover the following services: Delivery and assembly of material, planned maintenance work, 24 hour duty scheme for emergency assignments, training and courses for operational personnel, rush assignments and emergency improvement work.
