The objective of the procurement is to cover the health authorities ́need for site diesel and bio oil products, delivered in bulk to the tank facilities at the health authorities. Sub-contract 1 concerns oil products based on petrochemical processes delivered in bulk to the health companies in Norway.Sub-contract 2 concerns bio oil products EN15940 and EN 14214 delivered in bulk to the health authorities in Helse Sør-Øst.
