Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32.2 (b) (ii) for a derogation from tendering where the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator. Dublin City Council intend to award a contract to Roughan & O’Donovan, Consulting Engineers for detailed design, tender and limited construction stage inputs for the redevelopment of Ringsend Library and the Library Square Public Realm Improvement at a value of € 630,618.20.
