The contracting authority needs to enter into a new contract for the delivery of websites for sandnes.kommune.no. The delivery shall include operation and maintenance of the system, as well as options for further development. The choice of websites and supplier thereof is a strategically important choice for Sandnes kommune and it will be decisive to achieve the aim sandnes kommune has set out to be an efficient and attractive workplace for the employees and be able to offer the municipality ́s inhabitants good and facilitated information on the municipality ́s services as well as user friendly and future orientated internet self-service systems. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract over a period of four years, including options and any further development, can be in the range of NOK 1,800,000 excluding VAT and NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer.
