The competition is for a framework agreement for leasing multi-function machines, with an option for a system for secure scanning/printing. The objective of the framework agreement is to standardise the machinery, simplify operation, service and maintenance, as well as simplify the administration and procurement. Multifunction machines means machines that primarily have the possibility of the following functions: copies, printers, stapling, hole punching, scanners. The contracting authority envisages a need for a small, medium sized and large multi-function machine. Participants in the procurement: Lier municipality. Modum municipality - Øvre Eiker municipality -HALLINGDAL FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE IKS -The Kongsberg region ICT with 9 member municipalities (Kongsberg, Notodden, Tinn, Hjartdal, Flesberg, Rollag, Nore og Uvdal, Sigdal and Krødsherad municipalities) has an option. The procurement ́s value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
