This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call to competition. The Education Procurement Service (EPS) wishes to notify the market that it intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Electrical Maintenance Services to assist but not limited Higher Education Institutes (HEI), Irish Universities Association (IUA) and Education and Training Boards (ETBs) in the procurement process relating to Electrical Maintenance Services.
